In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "mk777," "we," "us," "our" — refers to mk777, the operator of the gaming platform accessible at mk777.bio, operating under an international gaming license.
• "Platform" — means the mk777 website, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software or services provided thereon.

• "PKR Wallet" — means the virtual Pakistani Rupee balance held within a User's mk777 Account for the purpose of placing bets and receiving winnings.

• "Bonus Funds" — means any promotional credits, free spins value, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives granted by mk777 to a User's Account.
• "Wagering Requirement" — means the minimum total amount of eligible bets a User must place before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn as cash.
• "KYC" — means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification using government-issued documentation such as a Pakistani CNIC.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of mk777 is restricted, prohibited, or unlicensed under applicable local law.

To register an Account on mk777, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform;
• You are accessing mk777 as a private individual for personal recreational purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not a resident of any Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You have not previously had an mk777 Account suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms;
• All registration information you provide to mk777 is accurate, complete, and truthful;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close relative thereof of mk777 or any affiliated gaming software provider.

mk777 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a waiver of mk777's right to subsequently verify eligibility and take corrective action if eligibility requirements are found to be unmet.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on mk777 at any given time. Registration of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in your name without your authorisation, contact mk777 Support immediately.

2.2 KYC Verification

mk777 is required under its international gaming license to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Accounts. You agree to submit valid identity documentation — including but not limited to a copy of your Pakistani CNIC — upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by mk777 Support will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is completed. mk777 may also request proof of payment method ownership and source of funds documentation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mk777 Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or permit any third party to place bets or otherwise transact through your Account on your behalf.

mk777 strongly recommends that all users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. Activation of 2FA is accessible from the Account Security Settings panel immediately following login. mk777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

You must notify mk777 Support immediately upon becoming aware of, or reasonably suspecting, any unauthorised use of your Account or breach of your Account security. mk777 will investigate all reported security incidents and may temporarily suspend Account access pending the outcome of such investigation.

mk777 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT (Tether). Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at mk777's discretion. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200 for mobile wallet methods and PKR 1,000 for bank transfers.

Deposits to mk777 Accounts are processed in real time for mobile wallet transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 60 minutes to reflect in your PKR Wallet depending on interbank processing conditions. mk777 does not impose deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.1 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals from mk777 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (Bonus Funds are not withdrawable unless attached wagering requirements have been fully met);
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500 for mobile wallet methods;
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5–30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa, and within 2–8 hours for bank transfer methods, under normal operating conditions;
• mk777 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds;
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to operational exceptions at mk777's discretion.

4.2 Currency & Exchange

All transactions on mk777 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction. mk777 does not guarantee any specific conversion rate and accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal. All displayed game bets, winnings, and balances are in PKR.

mk777 offers various promotional bonuses to registered users, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses offered by mk777 are subject to these Terms and any additional specific terms published in conjunction with each individual promotion.

The following general conditions apply to all mk777 bonuses unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

• All Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the bonus offer terms at the time of issue;
• Welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositing Accounts only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per payment method, and per device;
• Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms. Certain game categories or individual titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements;
• mk777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and actively being wagered will not be retroactively affected unless there is evidence of abuse;
• The maximum bet permitted when wagering with active Bonus Funds is PKR 2,000 per round or spin, unless specifically stated otherwise in promotion terms. Bets placed in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may, at mk777's discretion, result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or coordinated play designed to guarantee bonus conversion, will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

The mk777 sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test matches), football, UFC, tennis, and other sports as listed in the Platform at any given time. All sports betting markets, odds, and settlement procedures on mk777 are governed by the following general rules and any sport-specific rules published on the Platform.

• Minimum bet: PKR 100 per selection on all sportsbook markets;
• Odds format: Decimal odds displayed natively; conversion tools available within the Platform interface;
• Void bets: Bets on markets that are cancelled, postponed without rescheduling within 48 hours, or abandoned will be voided and stakes returned to your PKR Wallet;
• Live betting: In-play bets are accepted up to the point at which mk777's system closes the market. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be reversed;
• Errors: mk777 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from technical or human error, regardless of whether the event outcome is known at the time of correction;
• Maximum winnings: The maximum payout per bet slip on mk777 is PKR 10,000,000 (One Crore Rupees) unless a higher limit has been individually agreed with a VIP Account holder in writing;
• Result settlement: All sports results are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. mk777 does not accept responsibility for inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used for live market display.

All casino games available on mk777 — including slot machines, table games, video poker, crash games, fishing games, and any other RNG-based titles — are provided by third-party certified gaming software providers. Each provider is independently licensed and their games are certified by accredited testing laboratories for fairness and RNG integrity.

Live dealer games on mk777 are conducted in real-time via video stream from certified studio environments. Physical game outcomes (card shuffles, roulette ball landing, dice rolls) are governed entirely by physical mechanics and cannot be influenced by mk777 or any software intervention.

• Registering or operating more than one mk777 Account, or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with mk777;
• Accessing mk777 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other means of IP obfuscation;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets on mk777 without human input;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the mk777 Platform or any third-party game. Any such exploit must be reported to mk777 Support immediately; failure to report constitutes a violation of these Terms;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the mk777 Platform;
• Placing bets for the primary purpose of satisfying bonus wagering requirements in a manner that reduces mk777's risk exposure (commonly known as "bonus washing" or "matched betting" using bonus funds);
• Engaging in any conduct that mk777 reasonably determines to be disruptive, harmful, or contrary to the interests of mk777 or other users of the Platform.

mk777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to provide required KYC documentation within specified timeframes;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime;
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider relating to any deposit;
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 consecutive months (dormant account policy);
• A request from a competent regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• At the voluntary request of the Account holder (voluntary self-closure).

Upon Account closure, any real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not meeting withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the user via the primary registered payment method, subject to identity verification. mk777 will process such refunds within 14 business days of the closure date. Balances derived from or contingent on Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

9.1 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to permanently self-exclude from mk777 may do so by submitting a written request to mk777 Support. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible — mk777 will not reopen a self-excluded Account under any circumstances. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During the processing period, you are strongly advised to refrain from accessing the Platform.

All content available on the mk777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software code, game assets, icons, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of mk777 or its respective third-party licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence, right, or interest in any mk777 intellectual property other than the limited right to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, or sell any content from the mk777 Platform without the express written consent of mk777 or the relevant rights holder. Any unauthorised use of mk777 intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages.

mk777 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account on mk777, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing practices described in the mk777 Privacy Policy.

• Service interruptions, server downtime, or technical failures affecting your access to the Platform or any game in progress;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account through no fault of mk777;
• Errors or inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used for live sportsbook odds display;
• Any action taken by mk777 in good faith pursuant to its obligations under these Terms, including Account suspension or closure.

mk777's total liability to any user in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the real-money balance held in that user's Account at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mk777 holds its gaming license, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and mk777, you are encouraged to first contact mk777 Support to seek an informal resolution. mk777 aims to respond to all dispute notifications within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the licensing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents mk777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, proprietary information, or to prevent irreparable harm.

mk777 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mk777 will update the effective date shown at the top of this document and, where reasonably practicable, provide notice to registered users via the email address associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the mk777 Platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and notify mk777 Support of your wish to close your Account.
